Nothing brings more joy to dr. akasha than cultivating opportunities for growth, liberation, and evolution for people. He has been hosting and facilitating retreats for over 10 years. He is Co-Founder and CEO of Sawubona, a Grenada-based organization focused on helping individuals and organizations grow, evolve, and flourish. He is a partner at Cultivating Leadership, a New Zealand-based firm that specializes in complexity, leadership, adult, and organizational development. akasha is known for his success facilitating deep connection and working with people across cultural and social identity differences.

akasha is also a developmental coach and teaches developmental psychology at St. George’s University in Grenada. He consults with government agencies, institutions of higher learning, and companies in the U.S., U.K., Grenada, Switzerland, Malaysia, and Bermuda. He regularly supports development in senior leaders at many of the world's well-known and respected companies.

He holds a Ph.D. in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University. He is credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He lives in Grenada with his partner, their son, a very protective cockapoo dog, and will soon welcome two adopted kittens home.
